Climate Change & Health
Climate Change & Health
Across Inuit Nunangat, Inuit are observing unprecedented climatic changes and related environmental shifts. Given the interconnected relationships between the environment and Inuit health, there is a clear need for integrated, community-led environment and health monitoring strategies.
Digital Divide
The Digital Divide
In 2016, the Government of Canada declared access to broadband Internet a fundamental right for all citizens. Despite this declaration, roughly 18% of the population in Canada has limited connectivity and many Northern, Indigenous communities are entirely without cellular access.
